Background...

I'm a 5'5" female who doesn't remember being under 200 pounds.  If that isn't enough of a reason to try to lose the extra weight my family medical history includes heart attacks, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes and cancer.

So even without the extra weight I have enough possible killers, why I am letting this factor I can control still be a factor?

The answer? I'm not. As of now. I'm getting serious about being healthy.

I also have 2 kids who don't have a father and deserve the best mother that I can be. And to be the best mother I need to be around for them, past the age of ten. And at this rate, that's not going to be possible. So this is my trail, my breadcrumbs back to health sanity.

Watch, maybe learn, if nothing else appreciate the process.
