The Start

So.. I'm using SparkPeople.com and I'm tracking my weight and my measurements there, as well as what I eat on a daily basis.  I'm also taking some extra fiber.  Starting with one capsule with a glass of water before each meal.  Working my way up to 2 capsules before each meal.  This fiber expands and it's fiber. So it's totally awesome. And I think it's totally working.  I'm just saying...

But here are my beginning stats....


And my measurements:::
Waist:    47 inches
Hips:  50.5 inches
Thigh:  27 inches
Upper Arm:  20 inches

These are as of Sunday, June 26th.
